I’m Trevor Nash, a Chartered Surveyor and Chartered Building Engineer, and the founder of Steel Calculation Designs Ltd.
Before starting my own company, I spent many years working within Local Authorities as a Building Control Surveyor and later as a Building Control Manager for an Approved Inspector. My work focused on ensuring that building designs and structural calculations complied with The Building Act 1984, Building Regulations 2010 (as amended), and the Approved Building Regulation Documents.
In 2014, I decided to combine my technical expertise and management experience to create a company that delivers accurate, reliable, and practical structural engineering and building control solutions.
